Maharashtra Nursing CET 2026 application date now till 16 Mar

Application deadline has been extended till 16 March 2026 for the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT-CET-Nursing) for admission in (a) BSc Nursing and (b) GNM courses in colleges in the state of Maharashtra.

The entrance test is applicable for admission to Government, Municipal Corporation and Private aided, Unaided & Minority Health Science Institution/Colleges of Maharashtra.

Course offered: (a) BSc Nursing (b) GNM

Please note that there is no gender restriction.

Key dates

Application deadline (extended): 16 Mar 2026

Date of entrance exam: 6 & 7 May 2026

Test pattern

- Online test of 1 Hour 30 Minutes duration

- The test shall contain 20 questions each in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English and Nursing Aptitude

- Each question will carry 1 mark
- There will be no negative marking

- Medium of examination shall be English
