CUSAT CAT 2025 now open for UG and UG-PG Integ courses

Cochin University of Science & Technology (CUSAT) (erstwhile University of Cochin), a State University, has started accepting online applications for its admission test CUSAT-CAT 2025 for its UG and integrated UG-PG courses. The applications can be submitted upto 10 March.

Courses and Admission Test Dates

(i) B.Tech

(ii) 5 Year Integrated MSc (Photonics)

(iii) 5 Year Integrated MSc in Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence & Data Science)

(iv) 5 Year Integrated MSc (Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics / Statistics / Biological Sciences / Environmental Science and Technology)

(v) 5 Year Integrated MCA

All courses (ii) to (v) above have early exit options.

Important to note that for (v), students from any stream can apply as long as they have studied Mathematics / Computer Science / Informatics Practices / Information Technology as one of the optional subjects in Class 12.

Admission test on 11-12 May 2025.

About the university: The erstwhile University of Cochin established in 1971 was later reorganized as Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) in February 1986, redefining its objectives as the promotion of graduate and post graduate studies and advanced research in applied science, technology, industry, commerce, management and social sciences.

There are two campuses (out of total three), as listed below, where the BTech / Integrated MSc courses are offered :

1) Main Campus situated at Thrikkakara, Kalamassery, Kochi-22 (Referred to as Campus 1)

2) Kuttanadu Campus (CUCEK) situated at Pulincunnoo, Alappuzha District (80 KM away from Campus 1) (Referred to as Campus 2)

The third campus is at Lakeside Campus situated on the banks of Cochin Estuary and adjacent to Fine Arts Hall, Kochi - 16 (12 KM away from Campus 1) (Referred to as Lakeside Campus)
