Intake: 120 in BA-LLB (H) and 60 in BBA-LLB (H)

Other entrance tests accepted: It is not compulsory to take the BITS Law Admissions Test.

(a) Any of the following entrance test scores can be submitted to apply to BITS Law School:

- BITS Law Admissions Test

- AILET

- CLAT

- LNAT

- MH CET Law

- SLAT

(b) Students will NOT be given an upper hand by appearing for the BITS Law Admissions Test.

(c) All the accepted entrance test scores are benchmarked against each other.

(d) If a student submits more than one entrance test score, their best score will be considered during application processing.

(e) Shortlisted candidates will appear for personal interview.

Fee structure

Year 1: Tuition Fee Rs.7.08,750 Plus Residential Fee Rs.3,15,000

A one-time admission fee of Rs 75,000 will be collected at the time of accepting the offer for admission. It will be adjusted in the tuition fee payment for Year 1.

The Residence Fee includes housing, meals, access to a sports facility, and laundry service.

A refundable security deposit of Rs. 20,000 will be collected with the year 1 tuition fee and will be refunded after the convocation to the student

The cost of books and other learning materials will be additional and borne by the student.

Scholarships: Three special Birla Scholarships for Legal Studies will be awarded to four law aspirants who are offered admission to BITSLAW. In addition to the special Birla Scholarships for Legal Studies, three other scholarships will be awarded to law aspirants who are granted admissions to BITSLAW.
