UPES 2022 Admissions Ongoing

The 2022 Admission process of the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), Dehradun, Uttarakhand is underway.  The UG-level programs offered included BBA, 5-Year Integrated LLB, B.Pharma, B.Design & B.Tech programs.

Regarding the B.Tech Programs:
UPES offers B.Tech in more than 15 specializations that include, Aerospace Engg,  Applied Petroleum Engg,  Automotive Design Engg,  Chemical Engg,  Civil Engg,  Computer Science & Engg,  Electrical Engg,  Electronics & Communication Engg,  Electonics & Computer Engg,  Fire & Safety Engg,  Mechanical Engg,  Mechatronics Engg,  Medical Devices,  Renewable & Sustainable Energy Engg.

Admission criteria for B.Tech
- Admission is based on merit obtained in UPES-EAT / JEE-Mains / Board Marks / SAT score

Last Date to apply: 19-Apr 2022.
UPES-EAT Admission Test:  22-Apr to 24-Apr 2022

Regarding B.Design Programs: UPES offers the following specializations in the 4-Year B.Design program: Interior and Retail Space Design, Transportation and Mobility Design, Animation and VFX, Graphics & Communication Design, Game Design, Lifestyle & Accessory Design, Fashion Design, User Experience and Interaction Design

Admission criteria for B.Design:
(a) Examination Pathway:
UPES Design Aptitude Test (UPESDAT) followed by Personal Interview and presentation on the work portfolio

(b) Non-Examination Pathway:
Admission through Board Merit/JEE-Mains/UCEED/NIFTNID score followed up by Personal Interview and presentation on the work portfolio
