Symbiosis Announces New Dates For SEED 2024

The exam dates for SEED 2024 (Symbiosis Entrance Exam For Design) have been changed by Symbiosis International (Deemed University) for 2024 admissions in its 4-year Bachelor in Design programs being offered from its two institutes -

- Symbiosis Institute of Design (SID), Pune

- Symbiosis School of Planning, Architecture and Design (SSPAD), Nagpur.

SEED 2024 Revised Dates

While the last date to register remains the same (30 Nov 2023), the date for the online entrance test has been postponed by 1 week.

Application last date: 30 Nov 2023

Date of SEED: 7 Jan 2024 14 Jan 2024

Portfolio Review and Personal Interaction (PRPI): 16 to 21 Apr 2024

Specializations and intake

(i) Communication Design: 80 Indian students, 12 International students.

Specialisations offered in this are Graphic Design, User Experience Design, Animation Film Design, Video Film Design.

(ii) Industrial Design: 45 Indian students, 7 International students.

Specialisations offered are Product Design, Interior Space Design

(iii) Fashion Design: 29 Indian students, 4 International students

(iv) Fashion Communication: 26 Indian students, 4 International students

The admission process comprises of 4-stages:

a. Taking the online SEED entrance exam

b. Uploading the portfolio

c. Performing the Portfolio Review and Personal Interaction (PRPI) Task

c. Appearing for the online PRPI
