SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Deemed to be University (formerly known as SRM University), has started application process for its Joint Entrance Exam for Engineering SRMJEEE-2021. The entrance exam shall be conducted in the First / Second week of April 2021.

Institutes covered : SRMJEEE is common for SRM IST Chennai (Kattankulathur, Vadapalani, Ramapuram and NCR), SRM University - Sonepat (Haryana) and SRM University - Andhra Pradesh.

As on date, a total of 8 Engineering Entrance Exams have been announced for 2021 Including JEE-Mains.

Covid impact : In light of the prevailing uncertainties, SRMIST has specified that in case SRMJEEE gets cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, the qualifying criteria may be substituted with higher secondary marks and JEE-Mains-2021 and a valid SAT score. Prior information will be provided to candidates in such cases.

Last year (2020), the exam was cancelled and B.Tech admissions were granted based on +2 / Pre-University / Equivalent marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics / Biology. Admissions were also done on the basis of JEE-Mains-2020 and SAT scores.
