NTA announces ICAR AIEEA UG Dates

National Testing Agency (NTA) has decided to conduct the ICAR’s AIEEA-UG 2020 Entrance Exam in the month of Sep and has finally announced the dates for the same. Owing to the COVID-19 pandemic situation, it has been extending the application date and also had to progressively postpone the entrance exam.

New dates

Date of exam : 7 & 8 Sep 2020

As per the notification dated 20 Aug, the Admit cards will be available for download approx 15 days before the date of exam

Courses on offer

(a) B.Tech in Agriculture Engg, Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Biotechnology

(b) BSc (Hons) in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Community Science, Sericulture

(c) BFSc

(d) Food Nutrition and Dietetics (this course is subject to accreditation by National Agricultural Education Accreditation Board)

Universities & Intake : The admission is in Agriculture and allied sciences (other than veterinary sciences), at Agricultural Universities on 15% of the University seats (100% seats in RLB CAU Jhansi, NDRI Karnal and Dr RP CAU Pusa, Bihar). Further, not more than 40% candidates from any one state shall be admitted in any agricultural university/subject.

(i) B.Tech Biotechnology & BSc (Hons) Community Science /Sericulture / Food Nutrition and Dietetics : PCB / PCM / PCMB

(ii) B.Tech Agri Engg / Dairy Tech / Food Tech : PCM / PCMB

(iii) BSc (Hons) Agriculture / Horticulture : PCB / PCMB / PCM / Inter- Agriculture

(iv) BFSc & BSc (Hons) Forestry : PCB / PCMB / Inter-Agriculture
