NLU Delhi starts AILET 2026 applications, Test on 14 Dec

Applications for AILET 2026 (All India Law Entrance Test) have been started by National Law University Delhi (NLU-Delhi).

Admissions to the First Year of the 5-Year BA-LLB (Hons) integrated degree programme at NLU-Delhi is made based on the AILET merit.

Admission in NLUs: Please note that all other National Law Universities have their intake into their five-year integrated law programs on the basis of the Common Law Entrance Test CLAT which is scheduled to be conducted on 7 Dec 2025. The only exception is NLU Delhi which conducts its separate entrance exam AILET for admissions.

Special provision for Foreign Nationals, OCI and PIO: 5 seats for Foreign Nationals and 5 seats for OCI/PIO for direct admission on merit.

Foreign Nationals/OCI/PIO are exempted from AILET but should have 65% marks in the qualifying examination.
