NIFTEM 2025 admissions-separately thru JoSAA and at Institute level
National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management (NIFTEM-K) Kundli, Sonepat (Haryana) offers unique Under Graduate programme of B. Tech. degree in Food Technology and Management (FTM).
Admission channels and intake
1. Through JoSAA / CSAB 2025
(a) 100 seats
(b) Candidates must refer to the JoSAA/CSAB 2025 website for its application procedure, guidelines, and updates, if any. NIFTEM-K will not entertain any discrepancies or queries related to admission through this mode.
2. Direct Admission (Counseling) at institute level (Through NIFTEM-K)
(a) 100 seats
Out of these 100 seats, 50 seats will be filled through JEE-Mains, 30 seats
through CUET and 20 seats through NEET as per the reservation policy of the
Govt. of India.
(b) Kashmiri Migrants will be allotted 5% supernumerary seats.
(c) Under this mode, an individual candidate must complete the registration process by applying through the link https://niftemadm.samarth.edu.in/.
Admission process for seats in respective qualifying exam (JEE/NEET/CUET) will commence as and when the results are declared. Candidates are advised to frequently visit admission portal for latest updates.
Applications under multiple qualifying exams: If a candidate wishes to apply under multiple qualifying exams (JEE/NEET/CUET) category, he/she has to submit separate application form for each qualifying exam by completing fresh application on admission portal.

b) Reporting/Document verification/Seat Allotment for B.Tech Direct Admission (JEE/CUET/NEET): 5 & 6 Aug 2025
c) Reporting/Document verification for B.Tech JoSAA/CSAB: 12 Aug 2025
*This date may be further extended based on the 12th class result and National Level Entrance Test results.
About NIFTEM : National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management (NIFTEM) was conceptualized by Government of India on persistent demand of the food industry to have an Apex Organisation as a One Stop Solution Provider for the various problems of the sector. Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India, has set up this institute with an initial investment of about Rs. 500 Crore (US $125 million). The Institute is spread over an area of 100 acre at a prime location in close proximity of North Delhi – Haryana border on NH-44. The Institute aims at becoming an international centre of excellence in the area of Food Technology and Management. NIFTEM has been recognized as a Deemed to be University under De-novo Category by the University Grants Commission, Ministry of Human Resource Development. It is also an Institute of National Importance.
