Kurukshetra Univ 2025 Courses, Admission criteria, Dates

Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra (Haryana) invites online applications for admissions in the following UG and UG-PG Integrated programmes for the session 2025-26.

A. Entrance Test Based Courses

1. BBA (Hons) (3 Years) and Integrated MBA (5 Years)

(a) Admission for these programs will be made on the basis of merit determined by composite marks of the candidates in the Entrance Test (80 Marks), Group Discussion (10 Marks) & the Personal Interview (10 Marks).

(b) The Group Discussion and Personal Interview of the short-listed candidates will be held at the Institute of Management Studies, Kurukshetra University Kurukshetra, wherein the candidates will have to present themselves at their own cost from 26 Jun to 27 Jun 2025 at 9.00 a.m. onwards.

(c) Date of entrance test: 21 June 2025 – common test for Integ MBA & BBA.

2. B.A. LL.B.(Hons.) 5 Yr. Integrated course

(a) Entrance Test will be of the level of 10+2 and there would be 50 multiple choice objective type questions and each question shall carry 2 marks.

(b) There is no negative marking.

(c) Date of entrance test: 21 June 2025

3. BFA (Painting / Applied Art / Sculpture)

(a) Entrance Test will be of level of qualifying examination. Number of questions in entrance test will be 50 (Multiple choice type question) each of 2 marks. There is no negative marking. There will a 50-50 weightage of written test and memory drawing practical for merit determination.

(b) Date of entrance test: 22 June 2025.

B. Non-Entrance Test Based Admissions: Admissions the following programmes shall be on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination (no entrance test).

1. B.A. Journalism & Masscom

2. B.Sc. (Graphics & Animation)

3. B.Sc. (Multimedia)

4. B.Sc. (Printing & Packaging Tech.)

5. BHM&CT

6. Master of Performing Arts (Hons) 5 Yr. Integrated course

7. Integrated Teacher Education Program (ITEP) – BSc-BEd, BCom-BEd, BA-BEd

Courses Haryana State & All India Category (AIC) Seats

Bonafide Residents of Haryana (State Quota) : 85% of the Sanctioned Intake (State Quota is equally divided into Haryana Open General Category and Reserved Categories of Haryana.

All India Open Category including Haryana : 15% of the Sanctioned Intake (10% out of All India Category seats reserved for EWS of All India)
