KEAM 2022 Date Changed, Pushed Back By 1 Day To 4 July
Published on : 19-May-2022 Powered by www.Opasis.comThe Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Govt of Kerala, has postponed, by 1 day, the KEAM entrance test for admission in Engineering & BPharm degree courses in the state of Kerala. The application process for KEAM 2022 closed on 30 April 2022. For Medical and allied courses, admission will be based on NEET.
KEAM 2022 new dates
Date entrance test : 4 July 2022 (was earlier scheduled on 3 Jul 2022, prior to which it was planned to be conducted on 26 Jun 2022).
The exam will be conducted on Offline mode.
All India Eligibility : Candidates from across the country are eligible (under ‘Non-Keralite Category II’).
Such candidates are eligible for admission to both Government and Management quota seats in Engineering course in Government controlled Self-Financing colleges. However the ‘Non-Keralite Category II’ (NK II) candidates will be considered for admission to the Government seats in Engineering courses in Government controlled Self-Financing colleges only when the Keralite and Non-Keralite I (NK I) candidates are not available for admission. ‘Non-Keralite Category II’ (NK II) candidates are also eligible for admission to both Government and Management quota seats in Private Self-financing Engineering / Architecture colleges.
‘Non-Keralite Category II’ (NK II) candidates are not eligible for admission to Government Engineering Colleges.
For B.Arch: Candidates desirous of seeking admission to Architecture courses must qualify in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture. Admission in Architecture is based on merit as assessed by equal weightage to NATA Score and marks/grades in the Qualifying Examination.
