Jamia Millia Islamia (A Central University) had reopened its online registrations for admission against a few vacant seats in its BSc (Aeronautics) program. The registration window will close on 28 Sep 2023.

Who is eligible

Entrance test: Students who have appeared in ANY 2023 entrance test of Jamia Millia Islamia and scored qualifying marks but could not get selected in any program,

Academic qualification: Student should have passed Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) / Intermediate or equivalent from a recognized Board with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as main subjects with not less than 50% marks in PCM.

OR

Three or Four year Diploma in Engineering, recognized by AICTE or a State Board of Technical Education or a University with not less than 55% marks in Aggregate.

Registration dates: 22 Sep to 28 Sep 2023

Counseling (physical mode): 3 and 4 Oct 2023

Counseling venue: The in-person counseling as pe above dates will be conducted in the office of Dean, Faculty of Engineering & Technology.

Candidates need to carry their original documents at the time of in-person counseling.

Jamia entrance tests: There are many sought-after courses, especially the professional courses, for which the University did NOT accept CUET-UG and instead conducted its own entrance test as has been the past practice. BSc (Aeronautics) is one such program. Other courses for which the University conducted its own entrance test were in Hotel Management, Mass Media, Commerce /BBA, Pol Science, Biotechnology, integrated BA-LLB, Sociology / Psychology / Geography.
