IIT-Madras Announces Schedule of HSEE Entrance

Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT-Madras) announces the schedule of the 5-Year Intergrated M.A. in a) Development Studies and b) English Studies 
for students after Class XII.  

 Admissions to these two streams is via the Humanities and Social Sciences Entrance Examination (HSEE) which will be held on 16th April 2017.
Applications start from 17th December 2016.

Students from any stream can apply.

The program is offered by the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences (HSS) at IIT-M. The department  is essentially multi-disciplinary in nature and has faculty from diversestreams,  such as  Development  Studies,  Economics,  English,  Environmental  Studies,  FilmStudies, Health Studies, History, International Relations, Philosophy, Politics, and Sociology.  The Ingtrated M.A. programme has been offered since 2006-07.
