College of Art is an institution established in1942 for advanced training in Visual Art (Creative and Applied) leading to the Bachelor of Fine Art Degree of the University of Delhi, further providing advance training in Master in Fine Art course(except Art History). The College is under the Faculty of Music & Fine Art, University of Delhi, for all academic matters and wholly administrated by the Govt. of NCT of Delhi. 

The Faculty are practicing artists - painters, sculptors and graphic designers of national, international repute, and also a selected group of visiting Faculty who enrich the teaching programmes with their expertise, thus providing the students with the opportunity of discussion and interaction with eminent and contemporary artists, designers and entrepreneurs.

Course offered : 4 Year Bachelor of Fine Art with specialisation in (a) Applied Art (b) Art History (c) Painting (d) Print Making (e) Sculpture (f) Visual Communication

Method of selection : Only the candidates securing 50% or more marks in the Aptitude Test  will be considered for admission to the Foundation. The Final selection of the candidates will be made by the College strictly in order of merit in by according weightage of 60% to marks of Aptitude Test and a weightage of 40% to marks secured by the candidate in the 10+2 or equivalent examination.
