CoA Commences NATA 2023 Applications

The Council of Architecture has announced the dates for NATA-2023 (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) and has started accepting online applications for the same. The test shall be conducted thrice - first in April and then in May and July.

NATA dates

First test : 21 Apr 2023 (application last date is 10 Apr 2023)
Second test : 28 May 2023 (application last date is 13 May 2023)
Third test : 9 Jul 2023 (application last date is 24 Jun 2023)

3 Attempts : Candidates are allowed to appear for any one or any two or all the three tests. In case a candidate appears for 2 Tests, best of the 2 scores shall be the valid score and in the case of 3 attempts, valid score shall be average of the 2 best scores.

Eligibility : This year, there is no relaxation in eligibility. CoA has notified the eligibility for 2023-24 as below 

“No candidate shall be admitted to architecture course unless he has passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of examination with at least 50 per cent. Aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also at least 50 per cent. marks in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination or passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50 per cent. marks in aggregate.”

Last year, the requirement of minimum 50% marks in 10+2 was waived off.
