CLAT-2024 Applications Started

The Consortium of National Law Universities which conducts the Common Law Admission Test CLAT has announced the date of CLAT-2024. Applications for CLAT-2024 have started from July 01st and the exam shall be conducted on 3rd December 2023.

CLAT is used for admissions to 5 Year B.A./B.B.A./B.Sc./B.S.W/B.Com-LL.B programs offered at 24 National Law Universities and over 52 Private Universities across the country.

The test shall be conducted across multiple cities in India.  CLAT is a 2-hour test, with 120 multiple-choice questions carrying 1 mark each. There shall be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer. These questions would be divided into the following 5 subjects:

> English Language
> Current Affairs, including General Knowledge
> Legal Reasoning
> Logical Reasoning
> Quantitative Techniques
