CLAT-2023 Applications Started

The Consortium of National Law Universities has issued a notification to the effect that the CLAT-2023 application window will begin on the 8th of August 2022.   The applications will be accepted until 13th November 2022.

Further, the CLAT Consortium had announced that the CLAT-2023 shall be held on 18th December 2022 (Sunday). 

CLAT-2023 is applicable for students who are in Grade 12 currently and would be writing their boards in 2023.

CLAT is used for admissions to 5 Year B.A./B.B.A./B.Sc. LL.B programs are offered at 22 National Law Universities and over 52 Private Universities across the country.

The test shall be conducted across multiple cities in India.  CLAT-2023 is a 2-hour test, with 150 multiple-choice questions carrying 1 mark each. There shall be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every wrong answer. These questions would be divided across the following 5 subjects:

> English Language
> Current Affairs, including General Knowledge
> Legal Reasoning
> Logical Reasoning
> Quantitative Techniques
