CET-Karnataka 2024 Clashes 3 Other Entrance Exams
Published on : 11-Jan-2024 Powered by www.Opasis.comThe Karnataka state level Common Entrance Test (CET-K) 2024 shall be conducted by Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) from 18 to 20 Apr 2024. KEA has now started the application process for the same.
Candidates need to note that CET-K dates clash / overlap with SRMJEE (19-21 Apr), VITEEE (19-30 Apr) and NERIST (20 Apr).
The Karnataka Common Entrance Test is conducted for the purpose of determining the eligibility / merit, for admission of Karnataka candidates and the ward/s of Jammu & Kashmiri migrants to the First year or First semester of full time courses for Government share of seats in UG courses.
Important note about Compulsory Common Application: Application is common to the seat allotment of all professional courses viz., Engineering, Architecture, Naturopathy & Yoga, Veterinary, B. Pharma, 2nd year B.Pharma and Pharma-D, Farm Science courses [B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture, B.Sc. (Hons.) Sericulture etc.,], and B.Sc. (Nursing), Medical, Dental, Ayurveda, Unani, Homoeopathy, B.P.T., B.Sc. Allied Health Sciences, BPO courses. Candidates should also mandatorily register themselves for CET 2024, fill the application through online and pay the application fees. Please note that for registration to these courses, portal will not be enabled again. After NEET-UG-2024 results are announced, already registered candidates with KEA will be provided interface to enter their NEET score and Roll Number.
Domicile : Candidates who satisfied one of the 15 specified clauses / eligibility criteria are eligible for selection / allotment of government seats.

Test date (Phy and Chem) : 19 Apr 2024
Kannada language test (select candidates) : 20 Apr 2024

Engineering / Technology course: PCM
BPharm and Pham-D: PCM or PCB
Farm Science courses (B.Sc. Agriculture, Sericulture, Horticulture etc): PCMB
Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, Naturopathy & Yoga and BSc (Nursing): PCB
Additionally, there will be a 1 hour Kannada language test for Horanadu and Gadinadu Kannadiga candidates (conducted at select test centres).
