2. Bachelor’s in Urban Design (BUD) – 40 Seats
- Requires Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) in Class 12.
- Admission based on NATA 2025 score.
- Equips students with the expertise to design urban spaces, understand city-scale infrastructure, and influence public policy.

3. Bachelor’s in Architecture (B.Arch) – 80 Seats
- Requires PCM in Class 12.
- Admission via NATA 2025 score.

4. Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Honours) (BCE) – 40 Seats
