Registrations for Joint Admission Counselling (JAC) 2024 for admission in BTech and B.Arch across the five Delhi Government funded Institutes / Universities are open and shall close on 23 Jun 2024.

This year, Delhi Technological University is the coordinating institute for JAC.

Intake

There are 7,333 seats in Engineering offered in the five participating institutions, and 90 seats in B. Arch offered in two (out of five) participating institutions.

Admission criteria

1. Admission in BTech in NSUT, DTU, IGDTUW, DSEU and dual degree (B.Tech + MBA) in IGDTUW will be on the basis of CRL Rank in JEE-Mains-2024 Paper I

2. Admission in IIITD will be based on percentile score obtained in JEE-Mains-2024 Paper I and bonus points (refer chapter 8 of brochure) for achievements in various areas like Olympiads, Programming Contest, National Talent Search, Sports, Culture, Chess, Innovation etc.

3. Admission in B.Arch in NSUT and IGDTUW will be strictly made on Common Rank List (CRL) Rank in JEE (Main) - 2024 Paper-II.

Delhi Region / Outside Delhi Region seats

a) 85% seats are reserved for candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from a School / College / Institution located within the National Capital Territory of Delhi.

b) 15% seats are reserved for candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from a School / College / Institution located outside the National Capital Territory of Delhi.

For a candidate who has passed the qualifying examination through Patrachar Vidyalaya Delhi / National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) Delhi, the criterion for deciding the region shall be the location of his/her centre of examination.
