Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB) is a business school in India, located in Bhubaneswar, the capital of the eastern Indian state of Odisha. It is managed by a board of governors, consisting of representatives of the governments of India and Odisha, the Jesuit Society, industrialists and educationists. The school was founded in 1987 under a social contract between the Government of Odisha and the Odisha Jesuit Society. XIMB runs various management schools and offers Undergard programmes as well.
