Xavier University Bhubaneswar (XUB) consists of six schools : Xavier Institute of Management (XIMB), Xavier School of Human Resource Management (XaHR), Xavier School of Rural Management (XSRM), Xavier School of Sustainability (XSOS), Xavier School of Commerce (XSOC), and Xavier School of Communications (XCOMM).

Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB) is a business school in India, located in Bhubaneswar, the capital of the eastern Indian state of Odisha. It is managed by a board of governors, consisting of representatives of the governments of India and Odisha, the Jesuit Society, industrialists and educationists. The school was founded in 1987 under a social contract between the Government of Odisha and the Odisha Jesuit Society. XIMB runs various management schools and offers Undergrad programmes as well. B.Com program is offered by Xavier School of Commerce, Xavier University.
