Symbiosis School of Culinary Arts (SSCA) Pune is a constituent of Symbiosis International (Deemed University). The B.Sc. (Culinary Arts) degree programme prepares students for a wide range of career options such as Chefs, Chef Managers, food critics, food photographers, entrepreneurs, concept developers for health foods, culinary advisors and Celebrity Chefs. Master Chef Sanjeev Kapoor is the Chair Professor of this school and has team of professional chefs to train youngsters for a skilled and gruelling culinary profession.

The  B.Sc. (Hospitality & Culinary Management) programme provides students with a holistic understanding of both disciplines, preparing them for diverse roles in thriving in the service industry sector. The curriculum is carefully crafted to cover various aspects of gastronomy, including hands-on training in culinary techniques, and the art of presentation, alongside in-depth studies of hospitality operations and management which encompasses customer service, event planning, and industry trends. 

Please note that this is a non-residential course.
