Siksha 'O' Anusandhan (SOA) is a Deemed to be University situated in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. SOA was granted greater autonomy (graded autonomy) by the UGC in 2018. SOA was accredited by NAAC with an 'A++' grade (3rd cycle ).

Final Admission: Candidates must be qualified in SAAT 2024 or any equivalent state / national level entrance test. The institution will fill up 15% of seats in professional programmes in view of the instruction issued by the UGC (Admission to specified professional programmes 1st Amendment interim regulation, 2003). Rest of the seats will be filled up through counselling (SAAT 2024).
