National Institute Of Construction Management And Research (NICMAR), established over thirty one years ago by the Indian Construction Industry, is Indias leader Post Graduate Institute in Construction Management, Real Estate Management, Infrastructure Management and Project Management (CRIP). It is a non-profit management institute.

Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India, has recognised the Institute as a Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (SIRO). With strong support from the industry, NICMAR is recognised as a prestigious Centre of Excellence in techno-management education in CRIP.

(2) Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Project Engineering and Management (PGP PEM), Offered from Pune Campus
(3) Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management (PGP REUIM), Offered from Pune Campus
(4) Two Year Post Graduate Programme in Infrastructure Finance, Development and Management (PGP IFDM): Offered from Pune Campus
(5) Eighteen Months Post Graduate Programme in Management of Family Owned Construction Business (PGP MFOCB), Offered from Pune Campus
(6) One Year Post Graduate Programme in Quantity Surveying and Contract Management (PGP QSCM), Offered from Hyderabad Campus
(7) One Year Post Graduate Programme in Health, Safety and Environment Management (PGP HSEM): Offered from Hyderabad Campus

Merit List is drawn on the basis of performance in NCAT Score, GD, PI and RA.
Note: Candidate may also submit valid CAT / GATE / GMAT / CMAT scores secured after January 01, 2015.

Admission Procedure:
NCAT Test : 150 marks OR other valid test scores
Personal Interview (PI) : 50 marks
Rating of Application (RA) : 50 marks
