Manipal Academy of Higher Education (earlier known as Manipal University) runs Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration,  established as a unit of the Dr TMA Pai Foundation. In 1987, the foundation joined hands with Welcomgroup, the hotel division of ITC Ltd. to set up the WGSHA institute.

Basis of admission : Department test (DT), Group discussion (GD), Panel interview (PI1) Personal Interview (PI2). The test shall be conducted in online remote proctored mode.

Fee (indicative)

(a) Bachelor of Hotel Management : Rs.14,98,000/- for full duration. Hostel related expense are extra.

(b) BA (Culinary Arts) : Rs.11,65,000/- for full duration. Hostel related expense are extra.
