Mody University is a leading Women’s University,  established in 1998 by Sh. Rajendra Prasad Mody, an industrialist and philanthropist from Lakshmangarh. There are six colleges in the University, namely the College of Arts, Science and Humanities (CASH), the College of Architecture and Design (CAD), the College of Engineering and Technology (CET), the College of Fashion Design and Merchandising (CFDM), the College of Law and Governance (CLG) and the College of Business Management, Economics and Commerce (COBMEC). Mody University is covered under section 2(f) of the UGC act, 1956 and it is empowered to award degrees as specified by UGC under section 22 of the UGC Act, 1956. It is recognized by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and the Bar Council of India (BCI) and Council of Architecture (COA).

Basis of admission : Admission is granted based on MEET / JEE / State level entrance exams. For B.Arch, Merit list will be prepared considering 50% weightage of each, NATA score and marks in Qualifying examination.

Scholarship and tuition fee waiver

a) 100% tuition fee waiver : Minimum 95% marks in PCM / PCB in Class XII OR All India General Category Rank up to 1,50,000 for JEE (Mains) OR 25,000 for NEET OR MEET rank top 25

b) 50% tuition fee waiver : Minimum 90% marks in PCM / PCB in Class XII OR All India General Category Rank up to 2,50,000 for JEE (Mains) OR 40,000 for NEET / MEET rank 26 to 40

c) 25% tuition fee waiver : Minimum 85% marks in PCM / PCB in Class XII OR All India General Category Rank up to 3,00,000 for JEE (Mains) OR 50,000 for NEET OR MEET rank 41 to 50

d) 10% tuition fee waiver : More than one sibling (also applicable if one of them is in Mody School). Tuition fee waiver for all as long as both are studying.

e) 10% Reduction in boarding & lodging for all : More than one sibling (also applicable if one of them is in Mody School). Reduction for all as long as both are studying.

f) 20% Tuition Fee waiver : From Mody School to Mody University

g) 25% Tuition Fee waiver : (i) Children of Defence Personnel (Serving/Retired/Deceased) or (ii) Participation in National Sports / National Fine Arts.
