A student can exit after 3 years with a BA / BSc degree or complete 4 years and get Hons degrees.

Course Structure: Each student needs to take a mandatory eleven core and skill courses in the first year.
a) Core courses: Literature & Arts, Mathematical Reasoning, Exploring the Social and the Historical, Scientific Reasoning, Philosophical Perspectives Across Cultures, Creative Expression, Engaging with the Environment.
b) Skill courses: Writing & Oral Communication, Introduction to Computational Thinking, Data Analytics, Design Thinking, Ethics
Major in second year: Students will choose a major in their second year. Students will complete required and elective courses towards the chosen major. They will also be encouraged to choose cognate and/or elective courses in other disciplines. These additional courses may fulfil the requirements of a minor, or simply reflect the breadth of disciplinary knowledge available at Krea.

Admission Criteria
Admissions are carried out in 4 Rounds/cycles. Each round consists of 3 stages:
- Stage 1: Online assessment: Students who submit the application with all the relevant documents will appear for Krea Assessment Test (KAT). This step helps Krea University gauge students’ abilities to organise, synthesise, and articulate thoughts on various aspects of a given topic, and understand the well-rounded perspectives of the aspirant.
- Stage 2: Krea Immersive Case Analysis (KIC): Following a review of the application and the student’s performance in the KAT, applicants will move into the next stage of the Admissions process, which comprises the Krea Immersive Case Analysis which includes:
An essay component
A group discussion
A faculty interaction
The KIC is designed to evaluate an applicant’s ability to think critically, collaborate effectively, and respond to real-world scenarios with clarity and creativity.
- Stage 3: Following the KIC, shortlisted students will attend a 15-minute virtual Personal Interaction (PI) with members of the Krea faculty panel.

Financial aid: Krea has a need-aware financial assistance process that endeavours to support the financial need of a student who wishes to pursue his/her educational aspirations in the University. Assistance provided will depend on the income status of the parents / legal guardian, but will take into account other assessment parameters as well.
Eligibility for financial-assistance is broadly driven by family income. Those applicants, whose combined family income is less than Rs.35 lakhs, are eligible to apply.
However, please note that the final decision and quantum of financial assistance is based on a detailed review of all documents and information that may be sought from the applicant and other sources.
