Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (IP University), a state university, was founded in 1998 and it is a teaching-cum-affiliating university which affiliates 84 colleges in Delhi-NCR and has 15 schools and centres.

The admissions to the programmes of studies in the Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University are primarily through common entrance tests (CET) conducted by the University. The university holds 46 CETs for admissions to all of its programs including MBA.

Reservation:
85% of the sanctioned intake shall be allocated for Delhi Region wherein reservation of seats shall be as under:
DSC - 15%; DST - 7.5%; DDef - 5%; DPWD - 3%; DOBC - 27% (DOBC is not applicable to Self Financing Institutions Located in NCT of Delhi except minority status institutions)
15% of the sanctioned intake shall be allocated for outside Delhi Region wherein reservation of seats shall be as under:
ODSC - 15%; ODST - 7.5%; ODDef - 5%; ODPWD - 3%

MBA: 15 institutes: 2065 seats

Note:
- 85% of the seats are reserved for candidates who have passed qualifying examnitaion from any college/institution located in Delhi or from any institute affiliated to GGSIPU.
- 15% seats are reserved for outside Delhi candidates.

Fees:
Ranges between Rs. 40,000-/ & 110,000/- per year based on the institute

4. There are two forms, one for capturing the personal/general information and another one for capturing the course and payment related details. A candidate has to fill in his/her general information for proceeding towards the course selection and payment section on the 2nd Form.
5. For filling in the general information, candidate has to select "Engineering/Professional/Medical programmes/M.Phil/PG Diploma Programmes"
