Program Offered: 3-Year Bachelor of Business Administration in Digital Business and Entrepreneurship BBA(DBE) at IIM Bangalore

The Bachelor of Business Administration in Digital Business and Entrepreneurship BBA(DBE) programme integrates digital technology, business management, and entrepreneurship to train leaders for the digital business world. The curriculum focuses on digital strategies and entrepreneurial practices, offering live sessions, mentorship, and hands-on projects for practical experience.

Program outcome: Provides expertise to develop and implement strategies for businesses in the digital age, gain knowledge about the latest digital technologies, identify business opportunities and make strategic decisions that drive business growth.

The three-year program spans 22 courses & 45 Credits in Year 1, 21 courses & 45 Credits in Year 2 and, 17 courses & 45 Credits in Year 3.

Other salient factors:

• The BBA-DBE Undergraduate Programme in Digital Business and Entrepreneurship is a three-year online degree.
• It must be completed within a maximum of six academic years from the date of joining.
• Learners have multiple exit options: Can earn a certificate (after Year 1), diploma  (after Year 2), or full degree  (after Year 3).
• Students who exit early (with a certificate/diploma) may rejoin later to complete the degree, subject to constraints.

• Courses are delivered asynchronously online.
• Exams are conducted offline at various centers across India.

The programme can be:

• Pursued as a standalone primary degree.
• Taken alongside another educational programme.

Selection Process:
Two pathways:
Path-1: Appear for the IIMB DBE Entrance Test 2025, conducted by IIM Bangalore.

Path-2: Submitting valid scores from EITHER ONE of the following:
> CUET (UG) General Test (Section III only) from the 2023, 2024, or 2025 examinations,
or
> JEE Main scores from the 2023, 2024, or 2025 examinations.

Note:
a. Only CUET General Test scores will be evaluated, and Domain-specific Subjects and English language sections will NOT be considered.
b. JEE Advanced scores will NOT be considered.
c. Submitting any ONE of the valid scores is sufficient if applying through alternative tests.
