Indian Institute of Art & Design (IIAD) is a contemporary design institute situated in New Delhi.  IIAD in collaboration with Kingston School of Art, Kingston University, London, offers a creative, studio-based education through its three rigorous Bachelor degree programs. 

The journey of a design student at IIAD begins with a one year program, the Foundation Diploma in Design. The Foundation Year will familiarize the students with what to expect in the next three years and will be the creative base on which their specializations are built.  Upon completion of the Foundation Programme, students will automatically progress to their chosen design disciplines.

- Fashion Design  (typical careers: fashion designer, fashion merchandiser, fashion stylist, fashion journalist, fashion promoter & PR)
- Communication Design (typical careers: graphic designer, animator, advertising & branding manager, UX/UI designer, print media designer, exhibition designer)
- Interior Architecture & Design (typical careers: residential space designer, workplace designer, healthcare facility designer, set designer for film/theatre/television)
- The BA (Hons) program in Fashion Business Management focuses on introducing them to principles of business and management in fashion.   Typical careers include Fashion Brand Management, Fashion Merchandising, Product Management, Retail/Store Management, Fashion Buying, Trend Forecasting, Visual Merchandising, Fashion Marketing, Fashion E-Commerce, Public Relations, Event Management

Note: The degree is awarded by Kingston University, London. 
Apart from the degree offered by Kingston University, London, IIAD also offers a UGC recognized degree in collaboration with its partner University in India.

Admission Criteria:
The IIAD evaluation procedure for admission to its courses:
For B.A. (Hons) Design Programs -  The IIAD Design Aptitude Test (IDAT)

For B.A. (Hons) in Business Management Programs - IIAD Management Aptitude Test (IMAT), followed by a Personal Interview

- Academic Fee for 2025: Rs. 5,47,959 (payable in two installments)

B.A. (Hons) Fashion Management Degree Programme
- Academic Fee for 2025 : Rs. 5,26,884 p.a.  (payable in two installments)

IIAD offers scholarships to meritorious students. All students who qualify the IIAD Entrance Test are eligible to apply for scholarship. The information about applying for a scholarship will be made available along with the offer of admission. Scholarship is granted on the basis of performance in the IIAD Entrance Test, the Statement of Purpose in the scholarship form as well as the financial need of the student.
