(b) One seat over and above the sanctioned intake in each programme will be reserved for sons and daughters of migrants from Jammu & Kashmir valley and Defence and Civil Service personnel engaged in fighting against terrorists activities in Jammu & Kashmir valley. (Refer D. O. No. F. 10-1/2003-Desk(U) Dated 5-12-2003). The candidates to be admitted against these seats must have appeared the entrance test conducted by Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune.

(b) 15% seats are reserved under Foreign / NRI / PIO / Institutional Quota Merit Category. Candidates seeking admissions to the seats of this category will have to apply on prescribed application form and submit the same to, The Registrar, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune.
