NIH 2017 Admissions via NEETwww.Opasis.com
National Institute Of Homoeopathy (NIH), an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Ayush, Govt. of India, has announced commencement of its admission process for its BHMS program.
Program: 5 1/2 Year BHMS Degree Course in Homoeopathy (including one year compulsory Rotatory Internship) at National Institute of Homoeopathy, Kolkata.
The admissions would be via score obtained in NEET 2017 conducted by CBSE on May 7th, 2017. Until 2016, NIH conducted its own entrance exam for admissions to its BHMS program.
Total: 93 seats
Seats earmaked for States/Union Territories: Fourteen (14) seats are earmarked for the candidates nominated from the following States/Union Territories : Jammu and Kashmir (1), Manipur (1), Meghalaya (2), Mizoram (2), Nagaland (2), Sikkim (1), Tripura (2), Andaman and Nicobar Island (1), Dadra and Nagar Haveli (1) and Daman and Diu (1).
Foreign nationals: 6 seats
Govt. of Sri Lanka sponsored seats: 10 seats
Seats to be filled via NEET 2017: 63
2017 Admission process:
- Fill in application form and send it along with Demand draft of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) in favour of “Director, National Institute of Homoeopathy”, payable at Kolkata (IPO/Cheque/Cash/Money order will not be accepted). Demand draft drawn on any Nationalised Bank.
- The duly filled in application form should reach the office of the Director, National Institute of Homoeopathy, Block-GE, Sector-III, Salt Lake, Kolkata-700106 on or before the last date of submission of application form i.e. 12/07/2017 (Wednesday) upto 5.00PM.
- Documents to be enclosed with Application form:
i) Print copy of Confirmation page of Online application form of NEET 2017
ii) Admit card of NEET 2017
iii) Downloaded copy of NEET NEET 2017 result sheet from the website
iv) AADHAR Card
v) Demand Draft
vi) Caste Certificate in prescribed proforma as prescribed by NEET 2017.
vii) Certificate of locomotor disability as prescribed by NEET 2017
