Here is the Class 12 subject eligibility and the entrance tests to be taken for various B.Tech & B.Arch programs through JEE Mains & JEE Advanced.

1. JEE Main B.E/B.Tech: For admission to NITs, IIITs, CFTIs (Centrally Funded Technical Institutes)
Mandatory subjects in Class 12: Physics & Maths
Optional: Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subject

Tests to be taken (Paper 1):
Physics, Chemistry, Maths

2. JEE Adv: For admission to IITs
 Mandatory subjects in Class 12: Physics, Maths & Chemistry
& Qualify JEE Main Paper 1 (be in top 250000 candidates)

Tests to be taken:
Physics, Chemistry, Maths

3. JEE Main B.Arch: For admission to B.Arch programs in NITs, CFTIs
Mandatory subjects in Class 12: Physics, Chemistry, Maths

Tests to be taken (Paper 2A):
Maths, Aptitude Test, Drawing

4. JEE Adv B.Arch: For admission to B.Arch programs in IITs
Mandatory subjects in Class 12: Physics, Chemistry, Maths
& Qualify JEE Main Paper 1 (be in top 250000 candidates)

Tests to be taken:
JEE Adv
Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT)

5. JEE Main B.Plan: For admission to B.Planning in institutes like SPA
Mandatory subjects in Class 12: Maths

Tests to be taken (Paper 2B):
Maths, Aptitude Test, Planning Based Questions

Eligibility & qualifying criteria of other major engineering institutes / programs

NATA for architecture:
Mandatory subjects in Class 12: Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics

VITEEE for B.Tech programs:
Mandatory subjects in Class 12: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology

SRMJEEE  for B.Tech programs:
Mandatory subjects in Class 12: Maths, Physics, Chemistry

BITSAT  for B.E. programs:
Mandatory subjects in Class 12:  Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and adequate proficiency in English
